Gr. 8R has a list of great book suggestions to check out. Here they are:

1) Eragon Series - a fantasy series that focuses around dragons and dragon riders.

2) Warriors Series - a fantasy series about cats and their world in the forest. Shelby says the books are better than the description sounds.

3) The Summoning (and the sequel coming soon) - the book is about a girl who sees ghosts and is put into a psychiatric ward.

4) The Haunted Waters by Mary Pope Osborne - a book that is set medieval times and involves adventrue and a little bit of romance.
